Filming of the second season of the series "Kordon" took place in Veliky Novgorod

These days Veliky Novgorod has once again become a creative platform for filmmakers – filming of the second season of the series “Kordon” has begun in the city’s outskirts. The creative team notes that the new episodes will delight viewers with even more action, mysticism and unexpected plot twists.

As for the story itself, the main character of the film, Sasha Dymov, played by Pyotr Rykov, is having a hard time losing his beloved and is ready to do anything to find the culprit of her death. However, new love condemns the character to new trials. His chosen one, Polina, the manager of the recreation center, keeps many secrets in her past, hiding them from Sasha...

"Changes await the residents of Kordonka as well. After a serious accident, Masha does everything she can to regain her memory. But as soon as her memories return, a terrible secret is revealed to her, which Baba Shura kept so hidden from everyone. The shadows of the past do not give Pogorelov any peace either. The thirst for revenge and money increasingly draws him into a dangerous game. Thus, Dymov and Pogorelov will meet face to face again, and this time too much is at stake...", - says the annotation of the Association of Film and Television Producers.

The Novgorod Region Film Commission provides information about the creators. The second season of "Kordon" is being produced by the Gamma film company (part of APKiT) by order of TV-3. The general producers are Tina Kandelaki, Marina Razumova, Boris Khanchalyan, Olga Ermakova, Konstantin Obukhov and Nika Shishko. The film's director is Stas Mareev. The main roles will be played by Pyotr Rykov, Alexey Anishchenko, Vladimir Kapustin, Alexander Aleshkin, Anastasia Ryseva and others.
